When you are using rental service stores and yards, there are a lot of things to consider. One of the first things that you should consider is whether they can supply you with the equipment or property that you need. Ask the company if they have a catalog so that you can look at park and party supplies like tents, chairs, tables, and other special equipment. If you want to rent or lease property for a temporary time, then ask the landlord if they have housing and merchant property where you can operate a business. Some renters like the rent to own option, so might want to ask the merchant if they allow this. Since the rental stores and yards will be lending you the equipment for a certain amount of time for a certain price, you need to be sure that everything is included in the contract. Ask the provider to include if the deposit was paid in cash or credit, how long your business intends to use the equipment, what time it will arrive, and if you need to hire or charter people to use the equipment from the company. If you find that there are any additional fees, be sure to get them in writing so that you do not find any surprises later on when you are making payment and find that you owe more money to the rental provider than you thought. Once the contract is signed, both parties will have to keep the agreement so make sure you know what it is.
